Ref: Letter dated June 30,2026 with respect to Notice of 52nd Annual General Meeting of the Company and Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26 along with the notice of 52nd Annual General Meeting and Sustainability Report (SR). This is further to our letter dated 30th June, 2026, wherein it was informed that the 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on 23rd July, 2026 and submission of Annual Report of the Company for Financial year 2025-26. This corrigendum is being issued to inform the shareholders of the Company about following inadvertent typographical error in the Annual Report of the Company for Financial year 2025-26 and rectification thereof as follows, 1. In Note no. 41 (c) relating to Terms and conditions of transactions with related parties of notes to the standalone financial statements for the year ended 31st March, 2026 on page 169, please read “Short-term employee benefits for Financial year ended 31st March 2026 as “Rs. 490.71” instead of “Rs. 440.71” 2. In Note no. 41 (c) relating to Terms and conditions of transactions with related parties of notes to the standalone financial statements for the year ended 31st March, 2026 on page 169, please read “Total Compensation paid to Key Management personnel for Financial year ended 31st March 2026 as “Rs. 848.20” instead of “Rs. 798.20”. 3. In Annexure 4 on page 53, please read the date of Report as “15th May, 2026” instead of “15th June, 2026” and wherever it appears relating to said annexure. We further wish to inform you that all the other contents of the Annual Report for financial year 2025-26 and the Notice of 52nd AGM, save and except as modified or supplemented by the said Corrigendum, shall remain unchanged. The said inadvertent typographical error has no impact on the financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2026 and that this corrigendum should be read in conjunction with the Annual Report 2025-26.
