Closure of Trading window

Inter Globe Finance Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons from July 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This is a routine compliance measure as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018, aimed at preventing insider trading prior to the financial results announcement. The date for the board meeting to consider these results will be intimated separately.
