Particulars Details 1 Existing capacity (All Units) 1,212 Water Jet Looms with an annual production capacity of 349.05 million metres (Approx.) of greige fabric. 2 Existing capacity utilization Approximately 85%. 3 Proposed capacity addition 384 Water Jet Looms in two phases of 192 looms each, adding an aggregate annual production capacity of 110.60 million metres (Approx.) of greige fabric. Upon completion of both phases, the total installed capacity across all units will be 1,596 Water Jet Looms, with an annual production capacity of 459.64 million metres (Approx.) of greige fabric. 4 Period within which the Phase 1: 192 Water Jet Looms by December, 2026. proposed capacity is to be added Phase 2: Additional 192 Water Jet Looms by March, 2027. 5 Investment required Phase 1 (192 looms): Approximately Rs. 24.96 crore.
