Closure of Trading Window

Makers Laboratories Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for insiders, effective from July 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The date for the board meeting to consider these results will be intimated later.
