Dear Madam/Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Company has received Letter of Intent (LOI) from GATX India Private Limited for the manufacture and supply of 10 rakes of ACT2 Wagons, with an aggregate order value of INR 215 crore (inclusive of taxes), and an order from Chetak International Private Limited for the manufacture and supply of 5 rakes of ACT2 Wagons, with an aggregate order value of INR 109 crore (inclusive of taxes). The aforesaid LOI and order, aggregating to INR 324 crore (inclusive of taxes), further strengthen the Company’s order book and reinforce its position in the railway rolling stock manufacturing sector.
