In pursuance of IEPF Rules, the Company has sent necessary intimation to the concerned shareholders who have not claimed/ encashed dividend for the Financial Year 2018-19 and all subsequent dividends declared by the Company and whose shares are ·liable to be transferred to IEPF Authority. The details of such shareholders (including the names of such shareholders and their Folio No. or DP ID- Client ID) have been· upioaded on the website of the Company at www.chambalfertmsers,com under the section "Investors". The shareholders may access the website of the Company to verify the details of the shares liable to be transferred to IEPF Authority. The concerned shareholders are requested to claim their unclaimed dividend for the Financial Year 2018-19 onwards by submitting requisite documents, as mentioned in the letter/int_imation sent by the Company, to the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent of the Company i.e. M/s KFin Technologies Limited, Selenium Tower B, Plot 31 & 32, Gachibowli, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500 032. • In case a valid claim for the unclaimed dividend is not received by Mis KFin Technologies Limited on or before October 21, 2026, the Company shall transfer the concerned shares to IEPF Authority in aCyOrdance with the procedure prescribed under IEPF Rules.
