Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to the above mentioned notice regarding the delayed
compliance/non -compliance with Regulation 17(1A) of SEBI(LODR)
Regulations,2015 , the Company has placed the relevant information before the
Board of Directors in the meeting held today i.e., 16 th July,2026. The
observations of the Board in the matter is given below for information and
dissemination.
Board's Decision and Comments: The Board of Directors noted the notices and
the reasons for the delayed compliance. The Board ratified the management's
decision to pay the fine of Rs. 59,000 to the Exchanges to conclude the matter
and avoid further delay or exchange of correspondence. The Board has strongly
advised the management to ensure strict adherence and prior compliance with
all SEBI (LODR) Regulations moving forward to avoid the recurrence of such
instances.
Accordingly, the matter now stands concluded.
