Trading Window

Grasim Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, effective July 1, 2026. This action is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ahead of the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are officially released to the stock exchanges. The company will notify the date of the Board meeting for results approval in due course.
