Further to our intimation dated 24th June, 2026, it may be noted that as per the Company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relative of Designated Persons" (as amended), framed pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended), the "Trading Window" of the Company which has already been closed for "Designated Persons and their immediate relatives" and "Insider" with effect from Wednesday, 151 July, 2026 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the aforesaid period.
