Date: 02-11-2026 To, To, BSE Limited National Stock Exchange of India Limited P. J. Towers, Dalal Street, Exchange Plaza, Bandra Kurla Complex, Fort, Mumbai - 400001 Bandra East, Mumbai - 400051 NSE Symbol: BORANA Scrip Code: 544404 Sub: Intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Further Delay in Commissioning of the 9.9 MW Hybrid Power Project Dear Sir/Madam, This is in continuation of the Company's earlier intimation dated September 30, 2026, regarding the delay in commissioning of the 9.9 MW Hybrid Power Project at Kalikanagar, Gujarat. As per the latest communication received from Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited, the project developer, the commissioning schedule has been further revised. The first WTG location along with the 7.65 MW solar component is now tentatively expected to be commissioned before November 30, 2026, the second WTG location by December 31, 2026, and the third WTG location by March 31, 2027. The further delay is due to factors beyond the control of the Company/project developer, including high wind speeds, heavy monsoon conditions resulting in additional logistics-road work, and delays in obtaining the required shutdowns of existing 33 kV and 11 kV lines for the 33 kV transmission-line work. Kindly take the same on record. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, For Borana Weaves Limited Ankur Mangilal Borana Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (DIN: 01091164) Encl: Clean Max Letter
