Announcement under Regulation 30(LODR)- Credit Rating

KG Petrochem Ltd announced that CARE Ratings Limited has reaffirmed its credit ratings for various bank facilities. The Long Term Bank Facilities rating remains CARE BBB-; Stable, with the sanctioned amount reduced from Rs. 13.02 crore to Rs. 4.74 crore. Similarly, the Long Term / Short Term Bank Facilities are reaffirmed at CARE BBB-; Stable / CARE A3, with the amount reduced from Rs. 91.00 crore to Rs. 67.00 crore. The Short Term Bank Facilities rating of CARE A3 was also reaffirmed, signifying continued credit stability.
