The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company. The aforesaid period shall be deemed to be Trading Restriction Period in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. Further pursuant to SEBI Circular dated 19th July, 2023, restriction has been imposed on the Designated Persons of the Company and their Immediate Relatives for trading on shares of the Company by freezing their PAN at security level through CDSL (Designated Depository).
