NDL Ventures Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure, effective July 1, 2026, is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The date for the board meeting to approve these results will be intimated later.
