This is to inform you that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition
of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the Company's Code of Conduct for
Prohibition of Insider Trading, Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall
continue to remain closed for all its designated persons, their immediate relatives and
connected persons from July 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours (both days inclusive) after
the Board Meeting at which the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30,
2026, will be considered by the Board of Directors.
The date of the Board Meeting at which the said unaudited financial results for the quarter
ended June 30, 2026, will be considered shall be intimated in due course.
