Golkonda Aluminium Extrusions Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Persons and Connected Persons. This closure is effective from July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
