Accordingly, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors in terms of Regulation 17(1A) of Listing Regulations has recommended continuation of his directorship on attaining the age of 75 years upto the expiry of his Second term, to the shareholders for their approval at the ensuing AGM. 2.
