Appointment of Mr. Kuldeep Kothari as Interim Chief Financial Officer ("Interim CFO") and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 24th June, 2026. He will demit from the posi(cid:415)on of Interim CFO on 14th July, 2026 (i.e. up to the date of appointment of Mr. Abhishek Kapoor as CFO). The above appointments have been approved to ensure con(cid:415)nuity in the office of Chief Financial Officer and in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI Lis(cid:415)ng Regula(cid:415)ons.
