Warren Tea Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. This action is taken to prevent insider trading, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the company's shares during this period.
