Intimation of the Book Closure

MPF Systems Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window will be closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for considering these financial results in due course.
