Intimation of Closure of Trading Window for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.

Cochin Malabar Estates & Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. This action is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will close from July 1, 2026, and remain shut until 48 hours after the company declares its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The date for the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated subsequently.
