Subsequently, the Company vide its intimation dated 10 September 2026, informed that the Company, along with DIL, had filed a joint application with the Competition Commission of India (“ ”), under the Competition Act, 2002 read with the Regulations made thereunder, in connection with the proposed merger of Company with and into the DIL, as contemplated under the Scheme. In continuation of the aforesaid intimations and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we are pleased to inform you that the CCI, vide its letter dated 30 October 2026, has intimated its approval to the proposed combination under the Competition Act, 2002 read with the Regulations made thereunder, in relation to the merger of Company with and into the DIL.
