Further, the Company has received confirmation from Mr. Vikram Kumar Khaitan, that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter as attached herewith. The Company is in the process of appointing a suitable person as the Chief Financial Officer. The requisite disclosure in respect of the appointment of the Chief Financial Officer shall be made to the Stock Exchanges separately upon such appointment, in accordance with the applicable provisions.
