Closure of Trading Window

MPF Systems Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will commence from July 1, 2026, and remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, with the date of the board meeting for results to be intimated later.
