Superhouse Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons from July 1, 2026, until August 17, 2026, or 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading ahead of the financial announcement. The company clarified that this restriction applies only to Directors, Officers, designated employees, and related fiduciaries, while general investors remain free to trade.
