("BBK"). We wish to inform you that the Company filed pursis for withdrawal of the civil suit against HDFC Bank before the Hon'ble Commercial Court, City Civil Court, Ahmedabad yesterday, i.e. on 30th October, 2026 and the Hon'ble Court has passed an order on the same day disposing of the suit as withdrawn. With the civil suit having been withdrawn, HDFC Bank would pay to the Compan'1 approximately Rs,4,06 Crores, belonging to the Company, as mentioned in our earlier intimation.
