ASHIMASYN Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Further update on settlement of cases with HDFC Bank Limited and Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait B.S.C. Ref: Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 This is in furtherance of our intimations dated 23rd October, 2026and 26th October,2026 regarding the settlement of various legal cases involving the Company, HDFC Bank Limited ("HDFC Bank") and Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait B.S.C. ("BBK"). We wish to inform you that the Company filed pursis for withdrawal of the civil suit against HDFC Bank before the Hon'ble Commercial Court, City Civil Court, Ahmedabad yesterday, i.e. on 30th October, 2026 and the Hon'ble Court has passed an order on the same day disposing of the suit as withdrawn. With the civil suit having been withdrawn, HDFC Bank would pay to the Compan'1 approximately Rs,4,06 Crores, belonging to the Company, as mentioned in our earlier intimation. This would bring the settlement proceedings to a conclusion. This is for your information and records.
