Century Extrusions Limited has appointed Shri Charan Singh as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, effective June 23, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Shri Singh brings extensive experience from the banking industry, having served as Executive Director of UCO Bank and General Manager in Bank of India. He also has prior experience as a Member (Technical) in NCLT and as an Independent Director in other companies. Concurrently, the company has reconstituted its Nomination & Remuneration Committee, with Shri Charan Singh as a member.
