Further, the Company have also updated the Trading Window closure period for the quarter ending 30th June 2026 along with the relevant details in the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) portal (designated Depository Participant) for restricting trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives by freezing PAN at security level in compliance with the SEBI circulars.
