JMK Holdings Limited, Signature Infrabuild Limited and Sternal Buildcon Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, have issued a Corporate Guarantee, in favour of Vistra ITCL (India) Limited, acting as trustee on behalf of IndusInd Bank Limited to secure the Rupee Term Loan facility of up to Rs. 250 crores availed by Forever Buildtech Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. 3. Forever Buildtech Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has issued a Corporate Guarantee, in favour of Vistra ITCL (India) Limited, acting as trustee on behalf of IndusInd Bank Limited to secure the existing facilities up to Rs. 398.3 Crores availed by the Company, Signatureglobal Homes Limited, Signatureglobal Developers Limited and Signatureglobal Business Park Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company.
