Pursuant to the amalgamation of AP Polymers with the Company, effective 31st March 2026, the said facilities stand transferred to and vested in the Company. India Ratings had previously assigned the same rating to the aforesaid bank loan facilities in the name of AP Polymers, the rating now stands withdrawn.
