Resignation of Compliance Officer: • The Board has accepted and noted the resignation of Ms. Ishita Kokare (ACS 81144) from the post of Compliance Officer of the Company. Ms. Ishita Kokare ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company effective from closing of Friday, October 30, 2026, however, she would be continuing as the Assistant Company Secretary of the Company. The Company would like to place on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution of Ms. Kokare during her tenure with the company and wish him success in future endeavors.
