monitor and report trading by Designated Persons
As per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct to
Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the
securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons of the Company from July 01, 2026
till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and year
to date ended June 30, 2026.
The date of Board Meeting of the Company to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter
and year to date ended June 30, 2026, will be intimated separately in due course.
