October 30, 2026 National Stock Exchange of India Limited BSE Limited Symbol – Symphony Security Code – 517385 Sub.: Intimation regarding finalization of sale of immovable property at Bodakdev, Ahmedabad Dear Sir/ Madam, In continuation of our earlier intimation, we wish to inform you that Symphony Limited (“the Company”) has finalised the sale transaction for its freehold vacant land situated at Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, admeasuring 1,254 sq. metres (equivalent to 13,498 sq. fts.). The sale deed is expected to be executed on or around November 6, 2026. The total sale consideration is ₹27.00 Crores, against the carrying value of ₹5.68 Crores in the Company's books as on September 30, 2026. The property is a vacant land and never used for any business operations of the Company. Accordingly, the transaction does not affect the Company's ongoing business operations. Upon completion, the transaction will reduce the Company’s standalone net block of assets (property, plant & equipment + investment property + other intangible assets) by ₹5.68 Crores, from ₹126.48 Crores to ₹120.80 Crores, reflecting the monetisation of a non-operating asset and release of capital previously tied up in the investment property. The requisite details of the transaction are enclosed as Annexure A, in accordance with the applicable provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), read with the relevant SEBI Master Circular, as amended.
