Trading Window

Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Persons/Connected Persons. This closure, effective from July 1, 2026, is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The window will remain closed until 48 hours after the public disclosure of the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for result declaration will be intimated later.
