Notice for trading window closure

Kriti Nutrients Ltd announced the closure of its trading window from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading restriction applies to promoters, directors, KMPs, designated persons/employees, and their immediate relatives, with their PANs to be frozen by NSDL. The date of the Board Meeting for approving the results will be informed subsequently.
