This settlement amount is paid by Shilpa Biologicals Pvt. Ltd to Sartorius Stedim India Pvt. Ltd. Brief details of the dispute Sartorius has alleged claim of Rs. 20,13,47,308 and applicable rate of interest. Both the Parties amicably negotiated and signed the settlement agreement for the settlement amount Rs.9,00,00,000.
