Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

Starbeam Ventures Limited (formerly Bluegod Entertainment Ltd) has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons, Designated Employees, Specified Persons, and their immediate relatives. The trading window will be closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the public declaration of the unaudited standalone financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. This is a standard compliance measure in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
