Shri Jatin Kumar Nayak (DIN:-06940432) has assumed the charge of CMD, IREDA on October 30, 2026 (A/N). Further, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on October 30, 2026, has approved the appointment of Shri Jatin Kumar Nayak (DIN:-06940432) as Chairman & Managing Director on the Board of the Company and designated him as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f October 30, 2026 (A/N). Further, as per declaration received from Shri Jatin Kumar Nayak (DIN:-06940432), he is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such authority. Consequent upon the appointment of Shri Jatin Kumar Nayak (DIN: 06940432) as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Company, Dr. Bijay Kumar Mohanty, Director (Finance) & CFO, IREDA (DIN: 08816532), has ceased to hold the additional charge of the post of CMD, IREDA, w.e.f October 30, 2026 (F/N). He combines financial acumen with an understanding of governance, regulatory affairs and the operational realities of large public-sector organizations. He held the position of Executive Director (Finance) at REC Limited, a Maharatna CPSE under Ministry of Power, Govt of India. He had also served as Chief Financial Officer of erstwhile REC Transmission Projects Company Limited, a subsidiary of REC. Earlier in his career, he worked with NHPC Limited, Hindustan Copper Limited, National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) and Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited. He has over 34 years of diverse experience. His extensive experience spans the power sector and resource- intensive industries, including mining and metals. He also brings substantial expertise in domestic and international resource mobilization, strategic treasury management, corporate finance, taxation and legal affairs, project appraisal and monitoring, lending operations, loan recovery, and stressed asset management. 4.
