The Company’s officials were shown an authorisation letter for inspection/search by the Maharashtra State GST officials at around 4:30 p.m. The GST officials have initiated an inspection of our records. The Company’s officials are cooperating with the GST officials and are responding to the clarifications and details sought by them. The Company will further provide all the necessary additional documents that may be sought in due course. The inspection/search proceeding has not impacted the regular operations of the Company. Based on the Company’s initial assessment, the Company does not reasonably expect that the outcome of the above-mentioned proceedings will have any material impact on the Company. In the event there is any material update that requires intimation under the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company will make necessary disclosures in accordance with regulatory provisions.
