In this regard, we wish to further inform you that the Company has received the approval of the RBI on October 30, 2026, for the appointment of Mr. Satyendra Kumar Singh (DIN: 10192181) as a Non- Executive - Nominee Director of the Company for a term not exceeding five (5) years, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The above mentioned is subject to obtaining approval of the members of the Company in the ensuing general meeting or within three months from the date of his appointment, whichever is earlier as per Regulation 17(1C) of the Listing Regulations. Brief profile (in case of appointment) Mr. Satyendra Kumar Singh is a graduate in Economics; Mr. Singh is currently serving as the Chief Credit Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer at State Bank of India. In his current assignment he is responsible for setting policy directions in the areas of credit and ESG as well as overseeing credit approvals, credit processes and credit policy & procedures across the Bank. Prior to this as a Deputy Manager Director (Commercial Clients Group), he was responsible for overseeing more than 1000 corporate client relationships across the country. His assignments also include a stint as CGM (Kolkata Circle), CGM (Corporate Accounts Group) and Chief Executive Officer, London office (2019 to 2022). He also worked at SBI Sydney overseeing Operations, Compliance & Risk (2008 to 2013). Further he has been designated for the position of Nominee Director representing SBI on the Boards of NeSL (National e-Governance Services Ltd). 5.
