Closure of Trading Window.

Praxis Home Retail Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure is effective from July 01, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This action is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code. The date of the Board Meeting for considering these results will be announced subsequently.
