The Company has been informed that the Court of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad, vide its order dated May 6, 2026, has acquitted all the accused persons named in the aforesaid complaint of the offences alleged under Sections 73, 72A and 72C(1)(a) of the Mines Act, 1952. Consequently, the complaint case stands disposed of. Accordingly, the litigation disclosed in the offer documents stands concluded with the disposal of the case.
