Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with Circular No.
SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July, 2023, followed by SEBI Circular No.
SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD- 2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated 31 December, 2024 and SEBI Master
Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30 January, 2026 regarding
continuous disclosure requirement for listed entities, we would like to inform that BSE Limited
(“BSE”) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”) vide their respective e-mails have
imposed fine of Rs. 1,35,700/- (Inclusive of GST) each on the Company for alleged non-
compliance with Regulation 17(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - pertaining to the requirement that the Board
