Closure of Trading Window from Wednesday 1st July, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended 30th June, 2026

Kalind Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading. The date of the board meeting to approve the financial results will be intimated subsequently.
