The order follows the commencement of operations at a part of the Company’s dedicated pipe spooling manufacturing facility, which was commissioned ahead of the earlier planned timeline of December 2026. With production already underway, the Company is positioned to initiate execution and facilitate faster dispatch against the order. The balance value under the LOI is expected to be converted into firm orders in a phased manner. The Company plans to operationalise the remaining manufacturing capacity over the next few months to support the anticipated business. With increasing demand for end to end piping solutions, Company’s expansion into pipe spooling represents an opportunity to broaden its value-added product portfolio and strengthen its participation in emerging industrial segments.
