Closure of trading window for approval of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2026

Pioneer Investcorp Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window from July 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. This closure is ahead of the approval of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are made public. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for considering these results in due course.
