Phiroze Jeejeebhoy Tower, Exchange Plaza, Dalal Street, Fort, Plot No. C/1, G-Block, Mumbai - 400 001 Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai - 400 051 Scrip Code: 539889 NSE Symbol: PARAGMILK Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (the “SEBI Listing Regulations”) – Early Redemption of Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”) This has reference to our earlier intimation dated May 18, 2021 wherein we informed regarding allotment of 1,500 (One Thousand Five Hundred) Unlisted, Secured, Redeemable, Non- Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”) having Face Value of Rs. 10 Lakh (Rupees Ten Lakh Only) each, aggregating to Rs. 150 Crore (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Crore Only) on Private Placement basis to International Finance Corporation (“IFC”). Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that the Company has today fully redeemed the remaining outstanding amount of Rs. 71.83 Crore (Rupees Seventy One Crore Eighty Three Lakh) towards the aforesaid NCDs, prior to their scheduled maturity date of June 15, 2029. Accordingly, there is no outstanding principal amount payable by the Company in respect of the aforesaid NCDs following the completion of early redemption.
