With reference to the above subject, we wish to inform you that the term of Ms. Anuradha Rao (DIN: 07597195) as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company expires today i.e. at the close of business hours on October 30, 2026. Further, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has approved the appointment of Ms. Anuradha Rao (DIN: 07597195) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) of the Company for a further period of one year with effect from October 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders. Ms. Anuradha Rao shall also continue to serve as a Member of the respective Committees of the Company with effect from the aforesaid date. The Board meeting commenced at 05:30 P.M. and concluded at 06:30 P.M.
