Accordingly, there is no likely material impact on the Company’s financials or operations due to the said WRIT petition/SCN. • Quantum of claims, if any: The SCN proposes recovery of GST amounting to ₹283.72 crore (₹262.61 crore for FY 2022-23 and FY 2023-24, and ₹21.11 crore for FY 2024-25), along with applicable interest and equivalent penalty.
