Approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. Pursuant to Regulation 30, 33 and 52 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we enclose a copy of the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors as Annexure - A. 2. Noted the request received from Ms. Sanjyot Rangnekar, Company Secretary and Compliance officer (Key Managerial Personnel) for early retirement from the services of the Company with effect from close of business hours on October 30, 2026. A copy of the letter is enclosed as Annexure - B. 3. Approved the appointment of Ms. Savita Kodain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial personnel) of the Company, effective from October 31, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
